Best food and atmosphere for a reasonable price

I couldn't believe how crowded it was. But the service was good and the food tremendous!Wheelchair accessibility: Don't see how you could get a wheelchair in here. It's too tight when people are seated. Might suggest a take out and have someone deliver. Food is that good.

I try something new every time we go. Usually this place is packed but we have found later dinner is slightly less crowded. The staff is very friendly and I always see the owner(?) walking around talking to people. He clearly knows his regulars. We aren't exactly regulars. Probably eat here every other month.
