“We dine at this restaurant often, and the food is consistently top notch with impeccable service. Robert, the owner, is very hands-on—always engaging with guests, sharing his knowledge, and even stepping behind the bar to make cocktails. It’s refreshing to see an owner so attentive and involved. We’ve never had a bad meal here, except for this past weekend when my husband ordered the filet. Unfortunately, it wasn’t up to the standard we’ve come to expect—it was rubbery and not edible, but Robert immediately had a new steak prepared and explained that they were testing a new supplier. He genuinely valued our feedback and mentioned that the previous steaks were a big reason we keep coming back. I ordered the whitefish, and it was absolutely superb—perfectly cooked and served over rice with a lemon white wine cream sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We always sit at the bar and love watching the bartenders craft cocktails. They are personable, friendly, and make the experience even better. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in St. Joseph. Occasional hiccups happen, but the way they’re handled here speaks volumes.“

“As one enters the Café it is a pretty average sized. A place big enough to enjoy as time slows down. Personally, I had a wonderful experience for the service was great for the way they treated me was without judgement or discrimination. Furthermore, they were very efficient for I receive my drink always within a 5-minute time span. Whether my drink be hot or cold it all depends on my mood, sometimes I just let my curiosity fly and explore the exotic drinks. The ones that seem too good to be true, only wanting to know how they taste like. When enjoying these drinks, I can't help but look around and admire the setting of the place. For I could see myself talking to my friend/s, or just trying to use the time to be productive and do some work. With how comfortable the seating it a complete place like nothing is is missing. Finally, I a place where I can say to myself “You be who you are truly are”.“

“Extremely fun and cute place! Staff is super friendly, great snacks and drinks, shirts and cute things to buy up front, plus a whole room to pet kitties in back with a nice seating area. The adoptable cats are very well socialized by Cafe guests for their future loving homes. Great place to visit for families. Our teenagers were even excited to visit and look forward to coming back.“

“We had a baby shower here last weekend and the venue was absolutely perfect for us! We had plenty of seating for everyone and it was very eclectic and cozy for everyone to chat and socialize. The stage area with our backdrop was perfect for opening gifts and taking pictures. I would definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent for parties.“

“We came through from out of town, and their quality was delicious, just as expected. The drive through was definitely an adventure because you have to go to the menu/speaker on the far end of the parking lot and then drive to the window. So just look out for that when you go! But no worries, it was just kind of funny placement, though I definitely could see how the sign/speaker couldn't get moved closer. Thanks!“

“Oh my goodness YUM!!! 😋 My husband and I are frequent customers here. Service is always amazing! The staff are all very friendly and efficient, even when there is a long line we never let deter or decision because they move through the line quickly with ease. We get a Large Oreo Blender with Espresso add 3-4 shots of espresso. It is absolutely amazing and delicious!!! It may be a bit pricey but we choose to get these on days when we need a little bit of a pick me up and we do it to treat ourselves because as I said it is a bit pricey. I would highly recommend it.“

It's a whole different linguistic register from how we used to order them when I worked at Starbucks in South Florida back in the 90s 🌴🥥🌊🍊 and when we opened the first Starbucks in Spain in the early 2000s at Atocha-Renfe 🇪🇸. Miss Trina and I also had a great conversation about the new Samsung Galaxy Z-Fold 3 🤳. Miss Beau was also great -- she made sure I had a carrier and some green spill guards for each of the drinks. And Miss Nuha was exceptionally kind and helpful, and she made some award-worthy coffee drinks for us. ¡Alucinante 💫! She even upgraded one of my drinks from a grande to a venti when it took slightly longer than usual to make. I was highly impressed with how quickly these ladies worked to make so many customers happy 🪽. If Starbucks still does Snapshots, this would be 5-star legendary service ⭐. I look forward to coming back and ordering more.“

“Chicory cafe has super chill atmosphere, and is an inviting place for a quick bite. It's good for takeout and fine for hanging out too. The food selection is influenced by New Orleans French quarter, and overall has a good selection and is tasty. The line can occasionally get long, so usually I prefer to order ahead. They have more than one location in the area.“

“The last few times I been here there has been rude service (mainly the “manager”) coming from the staff working the drive thru. I to go place my order 3 times and each time got interrupted(rudely) to wait because she’s busy now (her words) and that I took so long to place my order. I’ll drive the extra distance to go to the Cass one until the Niles ones opens. They ruined it there for me.“
