It’s a Starbucks 🤷🏻♂ Atmosphere is nice, friendly staff, Starbucks prices, almost always fast service. I also appreciate that they’re rarely out of things.
Ordered our favorite on vacation! Vanilla Latte.
We were greeted when we came in which was nice. My order was taken in good time but she forgot my discount for me using my personal cup which I didnot realize till after my husband said he didn't get his discount then they forgot his dessert. That experience was very disappointing.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular spot where many people enjoy the drinks and service. Some customers had amazing service, with one staff member running after a $10 bill that blew away in the wind, which was impressive. Other staff members, like Miss Trina, Miss Beau, and Miss Nuha, were very friendly and helpful. Miss Trina taught a customer how to order newer drinks using modern Starbucks-ese, and Miss Nuha made award-worthy coffee drinks and upgraded a drink from a grande to a venti. The staff is consistently smiling and polite, especially early before 7am, and the coffee is consistently amazing. The location on McKinley always gives 100% in making sure the guest is satisfied, and it is kid-friendly as kids are always excited about the cake pops. However, one customer was disappointed and injured when a hot tea did not come with a collar, and the lid popped off, spilling and burning a hand and lap. Despite this, the customer still loves Starbucks. Another customer loved the friendly and helpful staff and plans to return, also enjoying the hot chocolate with oat milk for those with lactose intolerance.
