Based on reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very friendly and welcoming staff who provide great customer service. One order had an issue when a pothole in the parking lot made it explode, but the staff seemed happy to make it again. However, people in a rush to get to work do not want to wait an extra 15 minutes for a pre-ordered online drink, as younger workers sometimes chit chat instead of making drinks.
