I Smoke and I Know Things

Great Service!! Super friendly people!! Fast, prompt, accurate service. The people who work here are GREAT! If you have a special order, etc. they always get it right. The barista who made my order did an awesome job and everyone who makes my order (I live locally and I am a regular customer) always does a great job. Good food too.

Every time I order a hot coffee from their hot coffee menu on the app they make me an iced coffee. Done spending my money here.

The girls in back could stop laughing and dancing long enough to do anything right. After 15 minutes of waiting for the wrong drink, I watched them hand out two drinks to people that ordered after me, and they were also the wrong drinks. This is why you don’t let children run your establishment. I’ll gladly make the drive to roseland from now on.

Beyond slow. I am completely understanding of service industry workers and wait times, and have always been 100% pleasant even when I'm not satisfied. This particular Starbucks inside my local Martin's is beyond slow, with workers who really seem to just not care. I waited 40 minutes for an Americano, along with 10 other people just standing there watching the two girls behind the counter talk and laugh and move as slowly as humanly possible, at their convenience. I watched my coffee sit there for 9 minutes (full, ready, but not at the pickup station) and it seemed only once the one girl stopped talking jovially with her coworker and noticed, then she set my drink in the pickup station. This is a JOB, a job that serves caffeine to people who are most likely on their way to work (don't forget about night shift workers!), yet there is barely any work ethic. I stopped coming here for coffee, because after the last time I just thought there was no point in coming back. Please instill better work ethic in your employees, sincerely- a service industry worker.

They take a ton of orders and then proceed to make every online order and make no orders for the customers in the store. They are quick to take your money and then snap at you for asking for your entire order when they try to only hand you half of it. They are very incompetent & rude. You don't get to be both.
