“Big shoutout to the Biggby ladies this morning! They were absolutely slammed when we stopped for drinks before work, but they still took the time to double-check my order. When they noticed cheese on my sandwich (which I don’t eat), they didn’t just send it out the window……they made me a fresh one. 🥹 That may not sound huge, but more often than not, other places just hand it over without noticing or caring. Thank you, Biggby, for the extra effort and for keeping me from going hungry this morning 🥰“

“I recently discovered this place on my way to work, and I’m so glad I did. I stopped in this morning to pick up donuts for my associates, and the woman helping me was incredibly kind and helpful. The donuts looked amazing, and the coffee was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had!“

“Well, they've renovated it again and taken away even more seats... and the pop machine. It gets smaller inside after every reno. One more reno, and we'll have to sit outside or in the bathroom. Only three tables left at the front and a couple by the bathroom; getting closterphobic. Also lost the sweet round family table... should have invested in a floor cleaner so the floors weren't so damn slippery...very disappointed.“

“We had a baby shower here last weekend and the venue was absolutely perfect for us! We had plenty of seating for everyone and it was very eclectic and cozy for everyone to chat and socialize. The stage area with our backdrop was perfect for opening gifts and taking pictures. I would definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent for parties.“

“Oh my goodness YUM!!! 😋 My husband and I are frequent customers here. Service is always amazing! The staff are all very friendly and efficient, even when there is a long line we never let deter or decision because they move through the line quickly with ease. We get a Large Oreo Blender with Espresso add 3-4 shots of espresso. It is absolutely amazing and delicious!!! It may be a bit pricey but we choose to get these on days when we need a little bit of a pick me up and we do it to treat ourselves because as I said it is a bit pricey. I would highly recommend it.“

The drive through was definitely an adventure because you have to go to the menu/speaker on the far end of the parking lot and then drive to the window. So just look out for that when you go! But no worries, it was just kind of funny placement, though I definitely could see how the sign/speaker couldn't get moved closer. Thanks!“

“Sooo yes everyone loves Starbucks, as do I. Was just a bit disappointed as well as injured! My tea did not come with a collar around it so burnt my hands to even hold. They decided to use 2 cups thinking it would help I think. However, with 2 cups the lid wasn't on securely it popped off and spilled all over my lap and hand burning me. I still love Starbucks but with the price please work on the service:)“

I ALWAYS make sure I tip as this gang definitely deserves it! I’m there at least 4 times a week. Please tip the workers because they are busting butt for you. ❤️“

“We have Church here on Sunday Evenings during the fall and spring semesters through The After Church. I love their worship services; the Pastor and his family are so loving and the worship services and sermons are always very uplifting and enlightening.“

“Exactly what you would expect from a neighborhood coffee shop. The greatness here is in the employees! During winter, one of the employees left the cozy building trudged her way through the snow and delivered my special order! That is excellent customer service.“

“The Starbucks/ Martin's in the hospital is by far the best one I've been to. They recently added a new employee, I think her name tag said JoJo. So professional and engaging the customers, making them feel so welcome like they are #1. She is awesome! If she isn't in management training, they need to get her into it ASAP! I'll now go out of my way to go to the Martin's / Starbucks inside the hospital for the personal experience and perfectly made drinks. ?“
