I came to this location on Saturday afternoon, March 9th with my sister and niece and stayed for about 90 minutes. We were waited on by Jay (sp?). I worked 25 years in the food service industry and also spent 4 years teaching a job readiness program and don't know if I've seen a better employee than Jay. Jay was pleasant, efficient, constantly in motion, greeting customers, making drinks, answering questions, and cleaning. Jay was phenomenal.
This location is always busy so expect a little bit of a wait. If you order from this store on moblie they are extremely fast. All the staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to make your drinks look beautiful and taste delicious. I always get exactly what I ask for.Kid-friendliness: They give my kids and dog pup cups which is always appreciated.
