“Bendix Coffee Roasters has become my go‑to local roaster for one reason: they deliver exceptional service and exceptional coffee, every single time. Their beans are very reasonably priced, and I love that I can order 5‑pound bags as my daily drivers for the week. Every roast I’ve tried has been consistently excellent.

As my tastes have evolved, I’ve reached out with questions and each time, one of the owners has responded with thoughtful, polite, and genuinely helpful guidance. My most recent request was a custom roast level for their Ethiopian beans. I fully expected a “sorry, we don’t do that,” but instead they simply asked that I order 5 pounds at a time and were happy to accommodate. They communicated clearly about timing and followed through exactly as promised.

Their proactive customer service is just as impressive. On one occasion, a shipment was delayed, something I hadn’t even noticed. They emailed me first, explained the situation, and credited my account with a refund without me ever having to ask. That kind of initiative is almost unheard of.

Beyond great coffee and great service, Bendix also gives back. I’ve seen them run charity sales for a local school and stay actively involved in the community. It’s clear they care about more than just business.

Between their outstanding product, their integrity, and their commitment to the community, it’s hard to imagine buying beans anywhere else.“

“This is the third year in a row we have done our teams lunches here! I feed a rugby team and once a year we are in the area for a tournament. We order over 100 subs for both saturday and sunday lunch. Jason works with me developing the best package to keep these hungry boys fed, and it is their favorite sandwich shop.
