Very pleasant experience at this Biggby location. The ole lady had a hankering for an Iced Mocha Latte and after glancing at the menu I couldn't turn down an Iced Spotted Owl. Fun little treat every now and again. The ladies working were kind and efficient. Had our drinks out in no time! It's right across the street from Linton's Enchanted Garden if you want a treat and walk combo ?
This was my first visit to a Biggby Coffee house I really liked it, you know what I liked the most was when you go in they greeted you, they are very nice and approachable. It reminded me of the old Starbucks feel, now Starbucks just makes you feel like a number standing in line. I would absolutely recommend this place, I did think it was a little over priced but I could see myself sitting down and drinking a coffee again, and chatting with their staff like they were old friends.

I stopped here November 3rd around 4:30pm. I went through the drive thru, the employees working that day were so so kind!! They went above and beyond, It was the best customer service I have had in a very long time! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
