Friendly staff. Yummy food that makes you feel great! Whether it's just a smoothie, a smoothie bowl or a breakfast bowl, they all fill you up. My husband loves meats/ proteins so he was skeptical that a breakfast bowl would fill him up. But he ordered it with some brisket and LOVED it. The place itself is a very peaceful environment too. It's our new favorite place!
Not many vegetarian options here in south bend while I’m visiting, that are organic. Had a ton of quinoa in my bowl, which is fine, but I would’ve loved more beets! I will be returning to this restaurant:)

This place is an Oasis in the desert! I was so happy to find a happy eating option in South Bend, in the university area. I was visiting and without a car my options were limited. While they have many tasty fried and comfort food options in that area, if you want something healthy this is your spot! Freshly pressed juices, organic salads, coffee, tea, and more.
