Biggby Coffee is a newly opened local favorite that offers a variety of tasty drinks and treats. Customers enjoy their order accuracy and love the food, especially the lemon muffin, which receives high praise. The coffee is considered better tasting than other local franchises, although some find the hot chocolate similar to gas station options. The staff is friendly, patient, and eager to help with menu questions, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Despite some issues with the drive-thru ordering process and inconsistent closing hours—often closing earlier than posted—the team shows dedication to learning and improving customer service. The manager is committed to training the young staff and ensuring a good experience. Overall, Biggby Coffee is appreciated for its good food, friendly service, and promising start, with hopes for future improvements like clearer parking guidance.
