Every time we go it's wrong damm near. Payed for the new BBQ quarter pounder got a regular freaking sandwich in the big box shame on you.
Used the drive thru - they person that was suppose to take the money continued to ignore me for at 5 minutes. The line behind me continued to get longer. Once they finally took my money and I pulled forward I was again ignored for another 5 minutes with my bag of food sitting on the other side of the glass just waiting to b handed to me.
Almost always meets expectations.
