This morning I decided to grab some quick breakfast. I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins, said hello to the speaker 4 times and no one ever took my order. I drove around to see and fine the Drive thru girl with her headset on by her register and just playing on her phone. This has happened to me Multiple times. Very disappointing when you have to get to work and wasted time in a drive thru for nothing.

Self serve soda was down, all I ordered was a large soda and somehow my order vanished from the screen. I had to ask someone about my order to get my drink. The girl who took care of my drink was very nice but overall they seem quite unorganized.

Literally even ordering on the mobile app I have to wait like 45 minutes for my food. Have been late to work on several occasions because of their poor service. Do better McDonald's. It's not that hard.

There hash brown just tasted like straight oil . There sausage was dry. Def not good that all i tasted was oil on a hash brown.

Food and service have gotten progressively worse, and continues to decline. Food is wrong 9 out of 10 times. Last time they had to remake the food 3 times before getting it right. It's not rocket science, all it takes is basic reading skills to know what to make. Takes forever to get someone to the counter most days as well. They'll just stare at you from the back, and not come to the counter.
