Crispy tacos were soggy CSRCould of been better like no enthusiasm at their job and weren't to interested in helping me when I walked in to the restaurant..Back in Texas where I'm from once you walked into the restaurant almost every employee said hi and were ready to take my order with a smile didn't know if it was because I am Hispanic or just having a bad day. How ever I felt odd first time I ever entered the Dowagiac Michigan location I'll just have to go to a different location....
We went there as they were getting ready to close.Tgey took our order and let us eat inside. I was impressed at there kindness. The store is AWSOME as well as the people who keep it going!

My job forces fast food when my energy level does not allow for me to pack two meals for the day. I have stopped here for three weeks now. The young lady working at 6:39 p in the drive thru window is a courteous young woman with a very friendly attitude. It amazes me on how rare this is today which makes her shine all the more. The manager better give her a raise as the rest of the people do not shine like her.
