My order was 45$ and some change, yet they wouldn't take a 100$ bill and I personally think that is RIDICULOUS!!!! I mean if it was under 10$ or even under $30 oli could be more understanding. But I had dang near spent half of the 100$ bill

Paid for deluxe tacos in drive through , got the cheapest. Didn't find out until long down the road. Burrito meat tasted off. Had to toss. Complete disaster. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!

The absolute trashiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The absolute worst possible service imaginable. They are constantly out of ingredients for items or randomly close in the middle of the day because they are out of items. What’s the point of having a Taco Bell in this town if there’s nothing ever available? Not only that but the employees there are all absolutely rude to the core and are grossly dressed like they never shower or clean their uniforms. I bet they never wash their hands either it’s absolutely filthy. And the filthy language and having my life threatened by an employee is disgusting to say the least. Do better. Niles Taco Bell will remain my favorite. At least they don’t run out of basic ingredients and the employees actually show that they care there.

What a joke coming to Taco Bell, my boyfriend and I walked in to order with cash and we were waiting for 5 minutes just for someone to come talk to us explaining that they needed a register to take our cash, while waiting 2 cars appeared which they served first. 4 coworkers were in and another 5 minutes went by when they told us they don't have the staff for them to take our cash and asked us to go through the drive through. What a joke, Taco Bell do better.

Tonight when I was ordering I could barely hear the girl on the intercom. I am a little hard of hearing and she was very rude and careless. I understand not loving your job but I was very polite and she was rude. I pull up to the window she opened it took my card and didn’t say a word. I wait and she hands me my food. I say thank you and before I even finish my sentence she rolled her eyes and literally slammed the window in my face. I was literally polite to her the whole time.

For some reason this Taco Bell likes to charge you for something and then doesn't give it to you. Everytime I go here at night and, I've only ever noticed this at night I don't usually have the same problem in the day time. I usually get my meats switched on any items I ordered between the chicken and the steak because I don't like their beef. But yet everytime I go here, and they still charge me for it. I don't get what I ordered. They don't bother to tell me they're out of those meats if they are they just charge me for it and then by time I get to work and realize they charged me for switching the meats on each item that I ordered and they didn't even change them.

12/16/23 update. This place is still completely worthless. The service here used to be good but that’s all gone now. I’m sure it’s Covid’s fault but could you please put the stuff I paid for in the bag. Look at the screen put it in the bag. Pretty easy I would think. Incompetence is what you’ll find at dowagiac Taco Bell.

The lady was very rude.We didn't get all of our order, when we told her about it she said we didn't order it but our receipt show we did! I was very very disappointed and plan on not going back! I will pass my experience with my friends and family! Over it sucked!!!

My job forces fast food when my energy level does not allow for me to pack two meals for the day. I have stopped here for three weeks now. The young lady working at 6:39 p in the drive thru window is a courteous young woman with a very friendly attitude. It amazes me on how rare this is today which makes her shine all the more. The manager better give her a raise as the rest of the people do not shine like her.

This Taco Bell CAN NOT get a single order right. From missing items to food made improperly, they just can’t seem to ever hit the mark: so be prepared to make more than one trip to Taco Bell upon ordering. I think a new order of management is due but there’s one problem. They’ll order the wrong individual for the job.The photo below is a grilled cheese burrito that for one was missing from the previous order then only to be replaced with a grilled cheese burrito that wasn’t grilled…… smh…..

Terrible service, had an online order and they cancelled the whole thing because they didn't have 1 item on the order and wouldn't even substitute anything. If they would have let me sub something in I wouldn't have been upset. And I also tried to order food through the drive through and hadn't even finished my sentence and was denied ordering 16 steak burritos for my employees. I wouldn't have minded had they at least told me I would have to wait. I would have been understanding. Tried to get a refund through the call center and waited 25+ minutes and no one answered the phone. Went to McDonald's instead, they'll have my business instead from here out
