“I'm not going to lie to you, pizza hut isn't the same as it used to be lol and not exactlymy favorite. HOWEVER we tried the new Yorker today and it was actually really really good. They always get their orders right at schoolcraft's locations even with special requests.“

“The consistency between stores - Grand Rapids and Portage- it’s the fact that our daughter’s food allergies are such a non-issue when ordering! For us- that means so much that your servers and entire team get it and are totally informed!! We went to Portage today but we have dined at the GR store too and same level of understanding and great service. The portions were great, and our server was absolutely AMAZING!! “Every time we go the pizza is amazing (and we sometimes get the warm giant cookie also amazing). Staff is always friendly and they change games off and on to keep it interesting if you go often. The only reason for a docked star on atmosphere is because it was so hot the last time we went due to so many people there and they didn't do anything to help it.“

“Normally I don’t get angry over restaurants - I get it customers suck , some times staff sucks , I get that okay but what I’m not happy with is the pure audacity that DRIVERS haveI placed an online order last night and paid for it in full on my debit card - now I did not have the extra funds to leave a tip and I know that sucks but not every one is going to tip DRIVERS ARE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE ACCEPTING THE DAMN JOB.That being said nothing was wrong with my food it came just as I ordered it — the driver - Warren was his name - was friendly when I talked with himThe problem however lies in the fact that this afternoon my debit card was charged for an extra $5.00 and made my account go negative .. now every one is going to say oh it’s just $5.00 let the driver be — no cuz is the bank going to just let me be and not make me pay the fee for my account going negative ? No they are not so $5.00 just turned into $40.00 all because some one felt entitled to a tipEven though dominos drivers are paid in tips AND hourly he still felt the need to have more — embodying greedI call the store to address my problems and I’m told — we hold a $5.00 on the card — now if I was naive I would probably eventually just be like okay I guess sure fine — but seeing how I use to work there as an assistant manager less than 5 months ago as well as have placed other online orders prior to this one with no “ extra fee “ — I know better that has never been a thing — not for online orders or in store orders — then I get told by “ the manager “ that answered the phone Im alone and have food I need to be making - so I’ll do this when I have a chance but that driver does not work today — and unfortunately I’m failing to see how either of those things are my concern ?? You are the manager I am the customer and my customer concern is just as important as the next so thank you Jo - that’s her name - for making a customer feel like your not listening or even caring because your store is short staffedYou may not have lost me as a customer but for Christ sake - do better make it right and treat every customer and their concern the same“

“I appreciate the manager calling me before receiving my order to let me know that my special requests were extra even though I unfortunately didn't see the option to pay for extra sauce on my pizza or extra cheese on my breadsticks so I definitely recommend that they add that if it is extra as they say. My pizza was okay; due to their advertised images and my option of original crust I was expecting a thicker crust but it seems like I received smedium sized crust instead. On a good note, their cheesy bread sticks are delicious; not overly baked, perfect amount of garlic and a perfect amount of cheese shared with each piece of bread. The bread will keep me coming back and hopefully they'll expand the menu to add desserts.“

“This location is serving up wonderfully fresh and hot pizza! Love the 3 cheeser bread!! I’ve ordered 3 times in the last week! Yes, it had some issues a couple years ago, but over the last 18 months I have gotten nothing but awesome pizzas. Whatever changes needed to be done were done.“

“I love Domino's. I was hooked a the thin crust w/garlic white sauce, chicken, spinach, onion, banana peppers, and feta. My life has never been the same lol. I do think they should of cooked it a little longer because the grease made the dough soggy, but we don't eat pizza to be healthy right?! Lol. The staff was upbeat and happy.“

“We really enjoyed our meal last night at Vicker's. Our burgers were delicious and our son loved his pizza. The manager was so helpful -- he walked by and noticed the pizza was overcooked/burnt and offered to get him a new one. We really appreciated that. Our server was also great! So rare to have a kind, attentive server these days. We'll definitely be back.“
