I have never been to this establishment and was served by the lovely bartender Rachel! It also happened to be her birthday and she was so sweet and helpful, she directed me to the menu and gave many recommendations (since I haven't been here before) and I settled on the vegetarian pizza and it was phenomenal! This will definitely become a regular spot for me because it is so hard to find a good bartender these days! Thank you Rachel for the awesome time!
Maestro's is such a hidden gem in the Kalamazoo area that I am tempted to leave a negative review so I can keep this place all to myself :) Many times at restaurants we get into the habit of ordering the same thing, this is not the case at Maestro's. There are so many DELICIOUS options on the menu that even though I do have my favorite items, I regularly switch up what I am getting to try out their specials or new items. A very under recognized eatery in Portage. Small but cozy, tucked away in the plaza across from Wedel’s Garden center. A wonderful aroma greets you as enter. Delicious sandwiches, homemade ingredients, hearty portions, friendly staff. Worth a trip over from anywhere in the Kzoo/Portage area. Give them a try.
