ABSOLUTE WORST CASHIER. Wow…worst attitude ever. We all have stuff going on in our lives…but she very obviously HATES her job, we don’t have to be best friends but a simple acknowledgment - maybe hi - good morning? We will never go back…this Starbucks sucks!
My usual: Venti black iced tea, sweet.
You served me watery tea, barely any trace of tea. Do you understand the process for brewing tea? Making iced tea? And Starbucks black tea has a darker hue. It shouldn't be light golden amber.

I'll never get to know how delicious it could be because YOU DIDN'T STIR THE SYRUP INTO THE COFFEE. You didn't bother to give me a stirrer either.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both positive and negative aspects. The employees need to be trained better, as they forget to put the shots in the coffee and communicate more to each other than to customers. It is not the best Starbucks ever, and customers are always waiting at least fifteen minutes in the drive through. However, some employees are excellent. One person made a perfect dirty chai and KNOWS how to make good drinks. Another employee, Talia, provided a great experience with a positive attitude and a cute saying on the drink. A customer absolutely loves employee Eden for their kind demeanor and speedy service. One server was so kind and sweet, making lovely art on the cup and a perfect Frappe. Customers also enjoyed the turkey bacon egg white muffin and the chai latte with almond milk, appreciating that the calories are listed on everything.
