The girl who took my order was so nice, and so helpful! She seemed to genuinely enjoy working here. I appreciate her kindness, and the speedy service from the rest of the staff! (Give her a raise) curly hair girl.
We stopped here while passing through to Port Huron for coffee and bathroom break. It was rather loud inside, with just 4 customers and 6 staff members. The bathrooms were in need of toilet paper (one was entirely out) and a good toilet cleaning. I brought this to the attention of the gentleman with long hair and glasses who was tending to the register. He didn't seem too overly concerned with my comment and kept working. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both positive and negative aspects. The employees need to be trained better, as they forget to put the shots in the coffee and communicate more to each other than to customers. It is not the best Starbucks ever, and customers are always waiting at least fifteen minutes in the drive through. However, some employees are excellent. One person made a perfect dirty chai and KNOWS how to make good drinks. Another employee, Talia, provided a great experience with a positive attitude and a cute saying on the drink. A customer absolutely loves employee Eden for their kind demeanor and speedy service. One server was so kind and sweet, making lovely art on the cup and a perfect Frappe. Customers also enjoyed the turkey bacon egg white muffin and the chai latte with almond milk, appreciating that the calories are listed on everything.
