Extremely tired of the extremely rude and unfriendly staff at this location. Service is extremely mixed up and poorly handled, constantly. You can order ahead and arrive in the time indicated, go inside and watch the drive through empty out twice, in house orders be made for people that arrive after you did and then be treated poorly by the staff when you don't thank them for a drink you ordered 25 minutes ago and stood for 12 to 15 minutes inside waiting for, watching most of the staff at the far end of the bar not assisting the drink stations. Poor training and store management of both staff and operations.

It's a great Starbucks the drinks are well made the service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere is good but the chairs and other furniture could use an upgrade. That can now do Blonde roast all day!

I drive through fairly frequently, always asking for a dry cappucino. When Dorcas is taking orders, I get a dry cappucino. Just had an interaction with another server. She handed me a drink: it was very heavy and I handed it back, saying that I'd asked for a dry cappucino. She had it re-made, but it was just as heavy. I took it but said their baristas needed more training. She told me to call the manager and slammed the window which had been open to this point. So glad I"d tipped.

If it's after 2 PM don't even waste your time.This is the closest Starbucks to our house so of course we are frequent flyers, multiple messed up drinks, multiple chances given. "The bean that broke the burlap sack" today was when they handed my husband his cup back to him half full today. It doesn't matter what drink or who is working, anytime we've gone after 2 PM our drinks are wrong or just plain trash.

The absolute disrespect that was shown to my friend is absurd. Personally having customer service experience, immediately walking in to a restaurant like Starbucks I expect exceptional service, and to have my friend be bullied for her fashion choices is completely ridiculous. Emma at 12:45pm 1/5/23, stood there the moment we walked in and pointed fingers and went to all of her coworkers to stand there and laugh, not be helpful in anyway I might add.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Kalamazoo. The service here is always extremely friendly and helpful, and food and drinks are always good. In this day when so many food places have gone downhill, I'm very glad this one is still good.
