“I have to say every other experience I've had here was not a positive or happy one. However today I was pleasantly surprised by Jacob whom I believe is the manager. Had an issue with my pizza and had it taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was polite and helpful a refreshing change from the usual employees.“

“Don’t know what you did, maybe it was the polite manager that took my order and made my spaghetti & meatball order, maybe it was the crappy rating you’ve earned. I’m a trucker, all over North America. This was the best experience I’ve had at any Sbarro in a LONG TIME. The noodles were fresh and not one of them was burnt or dry. The sauce and meatballs were good. Keep it up. Lunch was good.“
