The hourly employees were very polite and doing their jobs as anyone would expect, but was informed their manager said not to make any of the spaghetti products because it would be a "slow day".... people don't travel on Saturdays on the toll road? It's early in the day and they're already losing sales over that. Poor management decision to "save some costs" while passing off customers. Sbarro is one of my favorite restaurants. However, this particular one the food was the worst I've ever had from any Sbarro. The zitti is my favorite and of course I ordered it for my lunch. It was to go so I could not address the issue onsite. No sauce, cheese tasted horrible and the noodles were very bland. They really need more staffing slow slow service. Serving luke warm pizza is going to make somebody sick. She boxed up my two slices and then asked if I’d like them warmed back up. Ummm no after waiting 25 min for 2 slices I’ll just throw them in my microwave. Premium pricing for sub par service and food.
