The hourly employees were very polite and doing their jobs as anyone would expect, but was informed their manager said not to make any of the spaghetti products because it would be a "slow day".... people don't travel on Saturdays on the toll road? It's early in the day and they're already losing sales over that. Poor management decision to "save some costs" while passing off customers. It cost less to retain customers than try and find new ones. Don't have things on the menu and then just don't make it. It's BAD BUSINESS. Poor Management Decision.

Sbarro is one of my favorite restaurants. However, this particular one the food was the worst I've ever had from any Sbarro. The zitti is my favorite and of course I ordered it for my lunch. It was to go so I could not address the issue onsite. No sauce, cheese tasted horrible and the noodles were very bland. The lady that was there was either really new and working by herself or very unfamiliar with her work environment. Couldnt tell.me how big the cheesecake slices were and seemed confused as to what cheesecake even was!

Lazy teenagers. Just push them a bit, they'll make a fresh pizza pie in less than 20 minutes ?. Ask them to bake it for an extra 5 minutes till crispy. You will like it.

Pizza by they slice all day......but has no pizza. This plaza is a MUST AVOID!!!!! WORST PLACE
They really need more staffing slow slow service. Serving luke warm pizza is going to make somebody sick. She boxed up my two slices and then asked if I’d like them warmed back up. Ummm no after waiting 25 min for 2 slices I’ll just throw them in my microwave. Premium pricing for sub par service and food.

Save your money and don't go to this location no matter how hungry you are. Their pizza is tasteless and their spaghetti & meatball is watery and overcooked. It was literally swimming in water. I was going to ask them to remake the spaghetti & meatball but when I saw it in their tray I lost my appetite. I told the guy to just give me pizza instead but only gave me one after returning the nasty spaghetti. Paid 11.99 for it but only got 1 pizza. Avoid

Absolutely the worst food service I have had in a long time. Sbarro and Popeyes should be removed from this facility. Came at 12:15. 2 staff at Sbarro. 3 staff at Popeyes. There were only 2 pizza options at Sbarro veggie and mushroom. The employee took one order then got the pizza and pit it in the oven to warm up. He stood there and waited for it to come out before helping anyone else (about 2-3 min)Popeyes had on person taking orders and putting the together. He was so slow! He seemed to be very out of it and spoke very quietly. When we finally got to order he said we don't have that. We only have bone in meat and hot chicken fingers LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE! NO MAC N CHEESE NO CHICKEN NUGGETS, NO CHICKEN SANDWICHES. so stupid. Why even open. What a waste of time. I will never stop at a travel plaza on the turnpike to eat again.

Worst customer service I have received in a long time.Stood in line for over 10 min. Very noticeable as I’m 6’3. Two women working one was helping people as fast as she could while the other ignores me completely. She helped two people that walked up after me, never even batting an eyelash at me.I had to walk out to my truck to then call in and ask what the deal was, at which point I said what happened, no I’m sorry, no apologies just a quick hang up on me. Rude all the way around.Never even given the opportunity to order.
