“The consistency between stores - Grand Rapids and Portage- it’s the fact that our daughter’s food allergies are such a non-issue when ordering! For us- that means so much that your servers and entire team get it and are totally informed!! We went to Portage today but we have dined at the GR store too and same level of understanding and great service. The portions were great, and our server was absolutely AMAZING!! “Every time we go the pizza is amazing (and we sometimes get the warm giant cookie also amazing). Staff is always friendly and they change games off and on to keep it interesting if you go often. The only reason for a docked star on atmosphere is because it was so hot the last time we went due to so many people there and they didn't do anything to help it.“

No they are not so $5.00 just turned into $40.00 all because some one felt entitled to a tipEven though dominos drivers are paid in tips AND hourly he still felt the need to have more — embodying greedI call the store to address my problems and I’m told — we hold a $5.00 on the card — now if I was naive I would probably eventually just be like okay I guess sure fine — but seeing how I use to work there as an assistant manager less than 5 months ago as well as have placed other online orders prior to this one with no “ extra fee “ — I know better that has never been a thing — not for online orders or in store orders — then I get told by “ the manager “ that answered the phone Im alone and have food I need to be making - so I’ll do this when I have a chance but that driver does not work today — and unfortunately I’m failing to see how either of those things are my concern ?? You are the manager I am the customer and my customer concern is just as important as the next so thank you Jo - that’s her name - for making a customer feel like your not listening or even caring because your store is short staffedYou may not have lost me as a customer but for Christ sake - do better make it right and treat every customer and their concern the same“

“I appreciate the manager calling me before receiving my order to let me know that my special requests were extra even though I unfortunately didn't see the option to pay for extra sauce on my pizza or extra cheese on my breadsticks so I definitely recommend that they add that if it is extra as they say. My pizza was okay; due to their advertised images and my option of original crust I was expecting a thicker crust but it seems like I received smedium sized crust instead. On a good note, their cheesy bread sticks are delicious; not overly baked, perfect amount of garlic and a perfect amount of cheese shared with each piece of bread. The bread will keep me coming back and hopefully they'll expand the menu to add desserts.“

“This Little Caesars Pizza store is absolutely the best, and I won't change my opinion on that. I've been a loyal customer since the day this store first opened its doors. It has been over fifteen years, and it still remains the top choice for me. Of course, I've had a few not-so-great experiences, but they are few and far between. That says a lot, especially during times of financial difficulty. By now, everyone should know how to get a more delicious pizza from here. It's all about getting a freshly made pizza and enjoying it without waiting for too long. Don't get me wrong, it won't taste as amazing as a pizza from an authentic Italian-owned pizzeria. That's a given. This is budget pizza we're talking about. Just like you wouldn't expect heated and cooled seats, a quiet cabin, and a smooth ride in a Mitsubishi Mirage! It's a compact economy car that gets 40 MPG and is very easy to work on, not to mention cheap to maintain. “I love Domino's. I was hooked a the thin crust w/garlic white sauce, chicken, spinach, onion, banana peppers, and feta. My life has never been the same lol. Seriously though, thhey jave a great product AND selection. I also love the steak sub, parmesan bites, etc. Clearly I have explored the menu, and I have never gone wrong. The staff are usually always very friendly, and the pick-up window is a great feature. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Domino's Pizza.“

“Ordered peperoni light sauce and crazy bread. Pick up. Was done quickly and ready to go. I could of used a little less sauce but other than that it was what you'd expect. I do think they should of cooked it a little longer because the grease made the dough soggy, but we don't eat pizza to be healthy right?! Lol. The staff was upbeat and happy.“
