“The best pizza we've ever had in Michigan. The service is phenomenal, like....they remember your face and always greet you in a friendly manner, all of them. They are always fast and will go above and beyond if you need it. Like one day, they saw me struggling with my toddler and order in hand and they carried my order to the car for me so I didn't drop it and so I could safely escort my toddler to the car. Anyway, I never take pictures because the food doesn't last that long once we get it home but just amazing food and service all around. Please try them.“

“I ate here on Sunday, late afternoon. Me and my friend were able to share the delicious garlic bread appetizer after selecting from the 2 pages of appetizers. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with 2 chicken breasts, it was fine. My waitress, Natalie, was so kind and made sure our glasses were full and we got everything we needed. We had excellent service and would hope to get seated with her again.“

I wish I would've taken note of names, but this corporation doesn't pay their employees enough for the service they provide and at the prices the corporation sets. “I have been eating here for easily twenty five years. We stopped in for take earlier this past week. The owner still remembered me and my late father. The owner got to meet our 10.5 year old daughter that evening. I feel horrible for not stopping by more often. We live on the other side of town. The food is still on point and so is the staff. The manicotti, tortellini, pizza, sandwiches, you can't go wrong with any of it.“
“The consistency between stores - Grand Rapids and Portage- it’s the fact that our daughter’s food allergies are such a non-issue when ordering! For us- that means so much that your servers and entire team get it and are totally informed!! We went to Portage today but we have dined at the GR store too and same level of understanding and great service. The portions were great, and our server was absolutely AMAZING!! “We went there for the K Wings watch party, and the staff was very helpful. we’re supposed to have reserve table, but it was taken but they helped us find another one and we’re very apologetic. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the Smashburger highly recommend.Parking: Plenty of parking“

“Not impressed with the Portage Road location. Music playing so loud it took me , repeating myself 3 times to place my order. I ordered the spinach/ feta and jalapeño bacon cheesy breads.Spinach/feta was extremely light on the spinach and didn't taste feta cheese at all. The jalapeño bacon was light on the bacon and jalapeños. It's still decent, but not the quality and flavor i am used to from the Milham location. Lesson learned“

“Staff is always friendly. The place is always very clean. There are 2 young men who work there who will stop what they are doing to carry heavy cases of water out to my car for me. I very much appreciate the people who work there. I refuse to stop any place else for gas unless I absolutely have to.“

I just wish a large 8-piece veggie pizza was priced about $14 instead of $20; Come on, there is no meat! “Out of town visiting various times. I really enjoy their calzone pizza. Definitely worth the money and the quality and quantity of food. The only drawback is the owner never answers the phone and when he does amazing grace. This is not one time but many instances when I visit from out of town. Even caught the owner in a lie. Called from their parking lot and no answer. Walked in and asked about placing order over the phone but no one picked up. Owner said that the phone is working.. then a call comes in and he ignores.. Needless to say, great pizza but stop lying to your customers...“
“I’ve recently discovered this establishment and it’s quickly become my favorite spot! The food has been good each time I come. I never have had to wait an unacceptable amount of time. The staff.. probably my favorite part. I was amazed at how quickly they caught on to my favorite drinks and food choices. These are things that usually take several visits. If I’m being honest, the only thing that I “could” complain about is the prices of the food, but seriously that’s happening everywhere.Also I ride a motorcycle, so this being attached to the sales floor is marketing genius!“
“Great food. Everything was cooked to perfection. Serving sizes are not huge so you can eat a dessert. I thought the it was a little pricey but the quality of the food makes it well worth the cost. Had the lamb and it was great. Quite busy for a Wednesday but the staff was on top of everything.“
