Ordered a pizza online for curbside pick up at a designated time. When I arrived, it was not even in the oven yet! No other cars in the parking lot the whole time I waited and no delivery cars coming or going. When they finally did bring my food out it was hot and good, but the customer service was atrocious! That food was ordered 2 hours before the pick-up time and no apology or explanation for my long wait was offered.
I'm not sure how I didn't realize the last few years that this Pizza Hut wasn't open for dine in due to staff shortage but be aware that it isn't. That being said we ordered for pickup as we're too far for delivery and service was timely and friendly. Actually I had a little drama on my end with the payment and they were so kind as to give us a free 2 liter for our trouble. We ordered takeout. The pepperoni pizza was ordered with extra cheese and it did not have it. All 3 pizzas were doughy and under baked. We had to put them in the oven to bake some more. I hadn’t had Pizza Hut since moving from West Virginia 6 years ago. My disappointment was strong with our order.
