This whole ordering from kiosks sucks. You can't make changes the way you would like because the options are not listed. All three of my hard shells were broke when I pulled them out of the bag at the table...rough much..
I don’t eat out very often and tonight was a good example of why. You pay almost 9.00 for three soft taco supremes and when we got them there was such a small amount of meat that you couldn’t even taste it and there was no sour cream on them. I am very disappointed in how things have been the two times I have been to this Taco Bell in the last few months. The girl at the drive through window was very friendly but the food sucked

I really dislike the new self service ordering. A printed out instructions sheet would be nice to lessen the learning curve. Found the people working there knew less than I did on how to place an order. And nobody was jumping to help or take an order. Three rivers
