I'm giving them 5 stars. They advertise.99c hamburger on the signage but you can't order on the app. Cheeseburgers $1.25 on the app. The 2.49 Chili was tasty and had lots of meat, few beans...enjoyed it. You'll love Big Bufords and seasoned fries. Good food for the money.
The experience was pretty pleasant I met a guy named Levi he handled the customer service experience very well made sure that my order was taken and that all the parameters of the experience were taken care of I had a bag of burgers 🍔 he gave exceptional service
I stood at service window for about 5 minutes and employees saw me and did not come to take my order very rude. Time before that I ordered 2apple pies with my order and did not get them.

Checkers is a restaurant that attracts customers from far and wide, with some driving an hour out of their way to visit. The staff are known for their sweet demeanor and hard work, serving up always-fresh food. Many customers have experienced excellent service, such as the young man at the drive-thru who was patient and respectful, and others have praised the friendly and positive encounters they had at this location. The food is consistently hot and fresh, with some customers noting that their meals are served quickly and taste great. While some have mentioned issues with drive-thru service, such as slow response times or difficulties with the AI ordering system, many still remain loyal due to the quality of food and friendly staff. Occasionally, there are minor glitches with the drive-thru AI, which can be slow or misunderstand orders, but overall, the experience is good. Despite some complaints, Checkers continues to be a popular spot for those seeking fresh, hot food and friendly service.
