The drive thru is AI, and the sign at the head of the drive thru with combo info did not match the menu at the speaker, so I wasn't able to order what I wanted (just a plain chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayo - no cheese, no fancy sauce) until I got to the window. However, the staff was very helpful and made my sandwich the way I wanted it. The fry-breaded mozz sticks are freaking awesome.

I have lived in Kalamazoo almost a year and every time I go to this location I get excellent customer service food is always fresh and hot. I will continue to go to this location and promote the positive encounters I have had with this location

The one on the one on Drake was not bad service but they took forever just for me to get the elephant ear Fry's but they were really good so I guess the quality made up for the time I had to wait other than that it was all good
