I called about the status of an application and got hung up on. I asked who I was speaking with and all I got was a "yep...*click*" SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and the overall atmosphere of the store is just unfriendly. They seemed annoyed by everything you do which is interesting considering they don't have to talk to you, the drive-thru order-thingy is a robot lol. I'm glad I was introduced to the energy of this establishment before going through with the application. Foods fire though~

The worker fed a dog out the drive thru that was in a car . Car drove off and she had my order in her hand with the same glove. Love dogs but left the food will not go

The last two times I’ve went to this store they’ve completely covered my loaded fries with sauce(where I had more sauce than fries) and I ordered large and got a regular size. Definitely frustrated with this experience.

They purposely turn off the drive through menu light to make it appear they are close. But they did come out and promptly turn it on claiming "It had a short". The lady taking our order was struggling to operate the order system yet talked us into a deal that failed to include fries. The whole damn reason we went. Overall a very depressing experience. I have always been inclined to avoid checkers due to low food quality and now will continue that boycott due to lack of customer service. Fries were good though too bad we didn't get 2 sides of fries of which we intended to purchase.

The order was all wrong went over it at least 3 times. They still didn't get it right. An employee was walking close to cars in the drive thru lane the way he was acting made me very uncomfortable. Will never go there again. My suggestion to you all is to not spend money there. Plus food was cold.

The Checkers on Drake ave in Kalamazoo MI advertise that they are open tonight (Saturday) until 1. Showed up at 11:35 and was rudely refused service. Employee stated they have to be out by 1 and close at 12. Contradicting statement considering i was there substantially before the alleged close time. Unfortunate when an establishment has workers that lack motivation, especially in a customer service line of work. I unfortunately will not be returning to this establishment due to its employees "accepted" behavior. Sad

Very poor customer service..got the entire order wrong and got mad when i asked to fix it. Employees wearing ear buds and wandering next to cars in drive thru which to the point they are almost in your car..if you want a random sandwhich and to pay who knows how much then this is the spot for you. They should be closed or fire the enitre staff
