I stopped by Blaze Pizza in Cerritos late on the 4th of July, about 15 minutes before closing. I was second-guessing it at first because sometimes late-night food can feel like “End of the Night” quality, but that was not the case here.
The young lady and gentleman working were friendly, took my order quickly, and had my pizza ready before closing. I was really glad they were open because McDonald’s, Taco Bell, or Jack in the Box did not sound appetizing.

Pizza was okay. Similar to Rapid Fired. I think it would have been good if I had ordered differently. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wanted to go to a bar and hang out with them. They were fun!
Been coming here for years, it’s one of very few DELICIOUS vegan pizza options. Shelby was wonderful and helpful. It’s not easy to smile next to a fire oven in 100 degrees weather. Thank you so much!
