I came to the 2229 sprinkle road location in Kalamazoo MI. I received incredible customer service. The woman at the drive through was incredibly helpful and attentive. She asked Don who was making the food any questions and he was also helpful! Really the reason aside from giving them props is that they mentioned that they were on a timer. Food is usually good but the new rule that they can't help more than one mobile order per car is ridiculous. They make you pull back around for each order. This feels like a complete waste of time and makes the staff seem incompetent.
The food is always made right, service is great. Hey, it’s Taco Bell! What’s not to like?

Taco Bell offers a dining experience that varies in food consistency, but is generally known for friendly service. The staff are very nice and they always make food the way it is ordered. Customers can enjoy chalupas and pintos with cheese. The customer service is superb and keeps customers coming back.
