Bert’s has been our go to bakery for the last 20+ years and was beyond ecstatic when they opened the Westnedge Ave location as it is closer to us as we drove from Three Rivers. “Came in from out of town and made sure to check out a hockey themed bar being a live long hockey fan. Burger was good despite me not being super hungry. Service was great and our bartender/waitress was great. Only issue was this loud drunk couple swearing and yelling loudly at the bar, throwing F bombs and loudly calling people pussies. I watched the bartender tell him to tone it down a few times but the guy was just a loud belligerent drunk. I am no prude but I don’t go to a restaurant to listen to that. This was at 7:00 not 10:30. Glad I didn’t bring young children with me as that would have been an issue. Loved the place other than that.“

It had been decades since I went into this restaurant, and I was delighted to see that Anna's House is so charming! With an extensive menu that's allergy friendly and a comfortable dining room that was perfect for chatting even though it was very busy, I had a wonderful time catching up with a friend. Cora, our server, was among the best servers I've ever had. She was friendly, helpful, attentive, and she was kind enough not to rush us even though it was busy. I left a tip to reflect that! “I was extremely disappointed at the food we were served on Saturday 8/07 . We ordered a shaskuska and it was a can of tomatoes with jalapeño that you bought at a store with two eggs on top, oh I forgot a few crumbed of feta cheese. It was cold and it tasted horrific. I have never experienced such a bad experience as breakfast like that before. It was tasteless and the price we paid for a can of tomatoes and 2 eggs ( even if eggs are more expensive now) it was almost $15!!! I was with a friend and did not want to make a scene so I did not say anything during my time there. I certainly won’t recommend this place.“

Amazing vegetarian Apple squash burger (So delish!) and the “Beast” burger, Harvest salad, chili and cornbread, thick hand cut onion rings and brownie Sundae. “I went to Martinis for the 1st time in 2000 when it was a quarter the size and had no bar or alcohol. It's been fantastic watching the place grow, yet remain the same since. I had the pleasure of coming back last April after about a 4 year absence and immediately felt at home. My wife and I, our best buds Fat Pat and Lauren Order, and my niece Maddog and her fiance Mike, all met for some slices and drinks. We sat right next to some amazing jellyfish art I don't remember seeing before.

It was fantastic watching my niece try to order ranch. It was her first time coming so she didn't know. In case you don't know, don't ask for ranch. Just don't do it. The ranch will prohibit maximum meat sweatage which is what we all know these gals are looking for. We also ordered some Italian subs and meatballs to make sure everyone had a good time. Sure enough, 1 by 1, all 3 ladies started pouring meat gas out of every pore.

They have some cool rave lights out back that you can crunch out to after your meat sweats subside. You can see in the picture below. The ladies, especially my niece, were still meat sweating wicked hard so they didn't make it in time.
