“We stopped at the Summer Thyme Cafe for lunch on our way to Lake Michigan. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting with little booths and tables for dining in. The menu has a great variety of salads and sandwiches, so it was hard to decide what to order! I chose the Chicken Pecan salad, and it was delicious. Everything was so fresh; the serving size was generous but not overwhelming. My husband had the Cobb salad, and it was very good too. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The cafe is conveniently located about 0.5 miles from the highway-easy on/easy off. I would definitely recommend this cute little cafe for lunch and look forward to stopping there again when I'm passing through Kalamazoo. PS-the desserts looked amazing! Fresh pies,cake, bars etc. [We're trying to avoid sweets so we didn't partake-but it was tempting].
Vegetarian options: You can get salads without the protein.“

“I told my wife it has been far too a long time since we've been to Poor Richards! The food is every but as good as I remembered, my burger was excellent, and my daughter's breakfast burrito was excellent too. The sausage gravy is on point!“

“On a road trip to and so pleased to find the Factory. The coffee and food are taken seriously and the result is a high quality experience. Love the chili, grilled cheese, and overnight oats.
They got the ratios and size right to produce a delicious flat white (I am a tiresome flat white snob) .
Love this place, one of the highlights of our trip to Kalamazoo.“

“I’ve ordered delivery a few times (never been to the restaurant itself) and it’s been absolutely incredible every time! When they were closed on Monday, we decided not to order breakfast at all rather than ordering from another establishment! The prices, sizes, and quality are great. Highly recommend the omelettes and skillets! I love that I can build my own exactly how I like it without worrying about price gouging! My favorite breakfast place so far in Michigan!“

“This is a bakery/restaurant combo, so prepare for the smell of fresh baked bread, yummy muffins and pies. Service is friendly. Menu is a little bit pricey. Chicken salad is great. Drive through the country is inviting. Special place for a special day's adventure!“

“I don’t like doing one stars anymore. If someone has that bad of a opinion nobody forced you to go here . A lot of people crying over prices. Again nobody made you buy here . But on the other hand everything I ate wasn’t very fresh. To eat the French toast you need a cup of water to dip it in . Way to hard . I got hash here and was like rocks . The slushes are the best . But nice little snack area. Only thing two employees was talking and I walked up stood there for 30 seconds and they still didn’t say anything. So I said excuse me . Still nothing. So I walked away . They then tried to help me and I said nvm pay attention to your customers. With all this I still give a 5 star. Because it helps a manager talk to these people to fix the issues. If you complain about the price and give a one star , just seems crazy . Also with COVID I think they should clean the tables. Couldn’t find one clean table and they just stood there for most part“

“I order my coffee on the Bigby App so that I can cut my wait time down. I still have to wait inside because they never have more than one person making drinks and can never make a bagel in under 25 minutes. Ridiculous.“

Parking: They have handicapped parking spots & just regularTheir in a strip mall so the parking is whoever gets it 1st. I've never had a problem.“
