The power is out in a lot of areas of the city, so that means that everybody is here scavenging for WiFi and actually warm food. I mean everybody. The store was packed when I came in. Biggby Coffee is a pleasant spot with friendly staff and consistently great coffee. However, some customers have experienced long wait times, particularly in the drive-through. On the other hand, regular customers praise the staff's professionalism, speed, and attention to detail, and the service is beyond elite and so friendly. They appreciate the quality of their food and coffee orders, and the food & drinks are amazing. The atmosphere is cozy, and customers have spent hours there doing homework. This location is the main reason customers keep their business with Biggby, as the employees are genuine and go above and beyond with smiles on their faces and clear communication in a friendly manner. The coffee is usually on point, and if you go inside, service is typically rather quick. Biggby Coffee is a reliable spot for a cup of coffee.
