I love Biggbys, but this one on Stadium Drive needs some help. First of all, the cashier was not friendly at all. She acted like she didn't want to be there and that we were a bother. Secondly, they had no napkins out for the public, like normal. And thirdly, we ordered a French Onion Turkey Cheese Ciabatta sandwich and the picture showed several slices of turkey and cheese with a delicious sauce overflowing from the sandwich. I come to this Biggby 4 or 5 days a week, and the staff are always SO nice, very quick, and do a great job on my food & coffee orders. It seems they are constantly busy and they do a great job handling it!

Love the coffee. Employees are very nice and professional but it takes way too long to get a coffee. I've waited over five minutes for my coffee and was the only customer at the time. Makes it hard to stop there on the way to work.
