The cold-brew coffee and the bragels we ordered were very good. But then since we were just hanging out, we ordered chai lattes, and those were not at all good. Not hot, and the ratio of chai syrup to milk was definitely off. The coffee and food were very much worth the money, the chai latte not so much.
Super delicious breakfast sandwich for a place that doesn't specialize in vegan items. I like to get a hot vanilla oat latte with their vegan sausage breakfast sammy on an everything bagel. My nonvegan boyfriend loves it too! So yummy, I'm always excited when I pass through an area with a Biggby's. Friendly service, too! Updated from previous review on 2023-09-09

The sweetest experience I've ever had going through a drive-thru. The woman who took my order was incredibly friendly, thorough, and had a cute personality. I even turned to my wife and said "that was the smoothest order I've ever given" right after I ordered over the little speaker system thing. The coffee was incredibly yummy and well made.
