Absolutely loved every blend of coffee we bought. Espresso was rich and creamy and slightly sweet. Not bitter at all. I love Central & South American grown beans and Factory coffee delivered the goods. Will be back!
Stopped by to check it out a couple weeks ago and had a great time! I'm not a coffee drinker, but I got myself a hot chocolate, it was better then most coffee shop hot cocoas I get. It was very creamy. This price was also lower then my usual place.My roommate got some iced chai and said it was pretty good, but she talked about her bagel for the rest of the week she loved it so much.The atmosphere was pretty modern, its almost got a sleek industrial feel? My favorite coffee shop on the West Side! The Frank street location is also outstanding. Their homemade syrups are the BEST and their espresso is some of the best I've had. They don't upcharge for oat or almond milk which I love. The drinks are pretty pricey, around $7 for a 16oz iced latte, but it's worth it for the quality I would say.
