Their shakes taste regular malts at an ice cream shops…the only difference is that these shakes are high protein, low sugar, low calories and there are so many delicious flavors to choose from! “Went in to see a show. It was the middle of the day and the place was not busy. It was eazy getting our tickets at the concession stand. The concession prices are crazy. The theater was nice. Some things on the menu change but most is consistent so you are assured of finding something you love, even if you are a picky eater.“

“Food is Great, Prices are way too high, service is good, associates are friendly. This location is quite large. When I was there it wasn't very busy there was a LOT of staff there and the dining room was dirty. I had to go get a towel and spray to wash and wipe down the table and chairs so we could eat but I noticed 3 women in full view chatting it up laughing for quite some time. About 10 minutes later an older woman came out and was cleaning things up and the other women still seemed to be getting paid to talk each other. I have worked management most of my life so these things are upsetting to me. With the size of the location you really need to utilize slower times to get the dining area cleaned up, stocked, etc. The worst thing to do is overcharge a customer, allow them to do your job and stand in view while doing NOTHING.“

Coffee is good & different options for drinks available too. Pastries, and what not are offered here. I will return again just for the friendly service alone. “I am volunteer with an adult group associated with a nonprofit in the area. Today we had a birthday celebration at Panera on Clyde Park after a fun excursion. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience. Manager Mary and her very dedicated staff helped us have an absolutely wonderful lunch time event. Food was ordered ahead of time it was ready on time it was accurate it was hot. They really made our birthdays we were celebrating an absolutely wonderful experience. I also want to thank the lady that greets when we walk in the door she has taken my order often this week as well. She too was kind and exceptional. I wish I remembered her name. Thank you from 10 plus individuals that were able to celebrate in a very special way!“

“we order almost every Sunday morning for pick up. usually we have good service. this morning I did not order coffee only our bagels. The gal asked if we needed out normal Black Bear. She is an amazing employee who always greets us with a smile. sorry we didnt catch her name. But the 8:30 to 8:45 morning shift is where you will find her.“
