we order almost every Sunday morning for pick up. usually we have good service. this morning I did not order coffee only our bagels. The gal asked if we needed out normal Black Bear. She is an amazing employee who always greets us with a smile. sorry we didnt catch her name. But the 8:30 to 8:45 morning shift is where you will find her.
Drinks have always been great, and staff has always been kind, but wanted to share the amazing staff that was working today. Ordered some of the kids drinks, one with a dairy free milk due to my daughters dairy allergy. Before even mentioning her allergy I was instantly asked if there was an allergy and when I confirmed they said they would mark it to make sure there was no cross contamination, which I usually have to ask for so to have them take the initiative like that made...read full review
