“we order almost every Sunday morning for pick up. usually we have good service. this morning I did not order coffee only our bagels. The gal asked if we needed out normal Black Bear. She is an amazing employee who always greets us with a smile. sorry we didnt catch her name. But the 8:30 to 8:45 morning shift is where you will find her.“

“My nephew and I shared a meal here today and our experiences ranged from very good to off the scale great. We tried a Hot Mess breakfast with eggs, potatoes, chorizo,etc; it was perfectly balanced (neither to spicy or bland), super fresh; loved it. We also got a grilled cheese, with pepper jelly. The bread was the best ever (toasted perfectly) and crunchy, and it wasn't to cheesy (some places put too much cheese which makes it messy) with just enough pepper jelly to create an original experience; and one of my favorite sandwiches of my life. The salad was the low point of the meal as it was merely perfect. We also got a chocolate croissant which was great and a pot de creme which was decadent and..can I say perfect again. This is my new favorite place“

“I visited for the first time yesterday. The coffee was yummy, the atmosphere was so cute, and I picked up a book by a local author. Loved they have a used kids book section and reading book for the littles. I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!“

Their shakes taste regular malts at an ice cream shops…the only difference is that these shakes are high protein, low sugar, low calories and there are so many delicious flavors to choose from! I highly recommend Byron Center Nutrition and the owners Dana and Dana are wonderful!!“

When I was there it wasn't very busy there was a LOT of staff there and the dining room was dirty. I had to go get a towel and spray to wash and wipe down the table and chairs so we could eat but I noticed 3 women in full view chatting it up laughing for quite some time. About 10 minutes later an older woman came out and was cleaning things up and the other women still seemed to be getting paid to talk each other. I have worked management most of my life so these things are upsetting to me. With the size of the location you really need to utilize slower times to get the dining area cleaned up, stocked, etc. The worst thing to do is overcharge a customer, allow them to do your job and stand in view while doing NOTHING.“

“I did my first ever mobile order today and I guess I just wasn’t paying attention or didn’t know how to use the app correctly, but I accidentally ordered a hot coffee instead of a cold one. When I showed up to pick up my order, I asked if the ladies could change it to an iced coffee instead, they were so nice about it and didn’t give me a hard time at all and just made me a new one. I felt like a horrible person asking for that and they were just so pleasant about it. Thank you you guys!“

“I am volunteer with an adult group associated with a nonprofit in the area. Today we had a birthday celebration at Panera on Clyde Park after a fun excursion. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience. Manager Mary and her very dedicated staff helped us have an absolutely wonderful lunch time event. Food was ordered ahead of time it was ready on time it was accurate it was hot. They really made our birthdays we were celebrating an absolutely wonderful experience. I also want to thank the lady that greets when we walk in the door she has taken my order often this week as well. She too was kind and exceptional. I wish I remembered her name. Thank you from 10 plus individuals that were able to celebrate in a very special way!“
