“We were there tonight for our first time. It was packed and while we were told it could be a 20-25 minute wait, we were seated in 5 minutes. Emily was our waitress. She was great! Checked in on us often and was super friendly. I ordered the Korean BBQ wings. Delicious! My fiancé ordered the Chicken Alfredo. We’ve ordered this at many places and this was one of the best! Buttery noodles with the Alfredo sauce and the chicken was seasoned perfect! We will definitely go back.”

“This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! The baristas are always working as quickly as they can, while customers stand around & glare at them… so I try to go out of my way to smile & thank the baristas! Thanks for being wonderful, lovely people, Baldwin & Main baristas!”

Also, Dunkin was the only restaurant in the Grandville area that followed through with honoring their “freebie for nurses”.”

“Updating my original review. I swung through the drive through for lunch. This time it wasn’t busy at all, but still took a decent amount of time, about ten mins. The food however was awesome and correct. I got a spicy sandwich and it was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh out of the fryer. I actually had to wait five mins for it to cool off to eat it. This time I got red beans and rice and the beans are packed with flavor.

Overall if they can just get faster at service this would be five stars. The parking lot is all fixed now and the food is great. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Original review: Good news is the food is really good. I have only had Popeyes once before and liked it then as well. The chicken tastes fresh and has a crispy crunch, not overly greasy like KFC down the road. But they have a lot of issues to work out at this new location. You might want to check back in a few weeks.

First it says on Popeyes own website that they open at 10:30. It let me place an online order here at 10:50. I showed up but the dining room was locked and no employees were present to help. I saw a car in the drive through so I went there.

They had my order but I waited over 30 minutes at the checkout window for my food to come. It’s just very disorganized, maybe it’s all new hires being a new location. A person behind me drove off without their food, frustrated by the wait.

Then when I got my food it was wrong. I ordered a side of Cajun rice and got plain rice, though it was labeled Cajun. Again seems like a training issue. I’ll try again in a few weeks and update my review.

Also the parking lot is a mess, flooding and bumps like it isn’t finished yet and confusing handicapped signs- just signs with arrows that make it look like the whole row is handicapped and no blue lines. I wasn’t sure where I could park. Hopefully it’s fixed soon.”

“First time having Taco Bell in ages and I would definitely go back to this location. Got a decent meal for $5 that was ready before I could even decide where to sit. The men's bathroom could've been cleaner, hence taking off a star, but overall I'm happy to have stopped by.”

“Everything at Gin Gin’s is top notch; from the food to the service to the atmosphere. It is easily the best restaurant in GR! Downside is that it’s hard to get in. You have to get there at open if you don’t have a reservation and if you need a reservation I’d recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially on the weekends.”

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.”
