“Great place for food and drinks. Very chill environment and I've been coming since they opened. Favorite place in town by far. They have amazing burgers. I know it's picky but had to give food only four stars due to the ranch there. Love ranch dressing and I can honestly say it's the most watered down flavorless one I've had in 43 years. Thicker .”

“This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! The baristas are always working as quickly as they can, while customers stand around & glare at them… so I try to go out of my way to smile & thank the baristas! I just find it hard to believe with tax, my beverage, a Mint Mocha, extra hot, extra shot, came to $9.19...I'm not sure how I feel about this.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces shared with other stripmall businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: There are not too many tables. Navigation in the store should be easy for a walker or a wheelchair.”

“Clean & cordial. Stopped in for a quick late lunch. Greeted with a smile and a warm "Welcome to Culvers". Food was quick & tasty! The best French fries I've had in a while. My only complaint is the temperature in seating area.... super cold. It was a rare warm day for February (73°) which may have thrown the HVAC system for a loop. “They're pretty good when it comes to execution. Food has always been warm/hot when we get home and eat. They have alittle longer waits but 90% of the time there short staff. I don't blame anyone for that. You can't it's not there fault. The amount of cars and people they get through for the staff they have is impressive. I feel bad for the staff, the stress of being short staffed and having to deal with customers who think they are entitled to literally yell and complain to them about how long it's taking for there food. You are getting a service, not a magical system that just spits out your food just because you want it now. A big shout out to the staff for pulling through. The building inside always seems clean. It's a huge traffic place, so take that in consideration.”

“When I walked in, I was greeted with a little trash on the floor and tables disorganized. When I made it to the counter, I was greeted with EXCELLENT customer service! My order was prepared exactly as I had ordered. Iced coffee, Eclair, and a Head Lamp donuts.Parking: Plenty of parking.”

“The food is great, but I do feel the hudsonville location needs a little more training on customer service. Some of the people are very short. I tend to go on off-peak times, so maybe they are stressed out pre busy or post busy. It will not stop me from going, but maybe corporate needs to help them a little.”

“Arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Friday. They ran out/didn't want to make more of the tenders and coleslaw. The employees were nice and apologetic and replaced the missing items with comparable sides but there were 4 cars behind us so they would have been better off making another batch.”

“The calamari was perfect, the mussels were average, the crab cakes were good but all finely shredded no lump crab, some what disappointed with that. Salmon was perfect, tartar sauce just ok,( we like a more tart sauce with fresh dill, capers, and pickles) as was the green beans and rice. Great Caesar salad and dinner rolls. Samantha our waitress was spectacular. We would definitely go back again.”

We had a chili dog, corn dog, smash burgers, and regular fries, and chili fries between all of us. It was great food. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. “Love the environment, our waiter was amazing. He explained all the selections we were Interested in, and the meals we choose were the swordfish and the wagyu sirloin. Each was fabulous! “This is a very nice family owned restaurant. I was only there for a light lunch and ordered the broccoli cheese soup and potato skins. Both were good, but the coconut cream pie was excellent! All of their desserts looked delicious, so it was hard to choose.”

“Amazing experience. They were incredibly sweet when we ordered on the phone and when I arrived the lady was really friendly. She asked me about my day and job and just genuinely kept me engaged in easy conversation while they finished up. We ordered subs and they were divine. The ham and cheese was exactly what you want in a ham and cheese, and the buffalo chicken was incredible. The salad was delicious too. Definitely our new sub spot.”
