“We were there tonight for our first time. It was packed and while we were told it could be a 20-25 minute wait, we were seated in 5 minutes. Emily was our waitress. She was great! Checked in on us often and was super friendly. I ordered the Korean BBQ wings. Delicious! My fiancé ordered the Chicken Alfredo. We’ve ordered this at many places and this was one of the best! Buttery noodles with the Alfredo sauce and the chicken was seasoned perfect! We will definitely go back.”

“A new and better pub burger! The fries were better.

- Colby Jack Pub Burger (Double) - $9.79: Much better than the Pretzel Haus Pub Burger I had a year or so ago. I liked the A1 Pepper Mayo a lot. I thought it was a great compliment of flavor to give it that zesty and savory pub-like flavor. It was rich, but not over-the-top. The soft Everything Bun’s dried garlic and onions were great and complimented well. I think the pretzel bun would have really sold it better, but it was still great.

- Sourdough Melt (Single) - $6.39: A good melt representation. It might have benefited with a little more cheese, but it was still within the norm.

- Original Chicken Tenders (2pc Basket) - $10.09: The tenders were a bit off compared to other restaurants. I am not sure if this was a fluke. It was more like a breaded fish texture and was a harsher breading.

- Crinkle Cut Fries (comes in basket): I’ve had their fries before and they seemed to be ordinary, but this time they were extra-ordinary. They were a softer and even creamier texture on the inside and not overcooked on the outside while still being nicely crispy. I am not sure if the whole chain changed something or it was just cooked correctly this time, but it was amazing and they are on my radar for fries again.

- Service: Quick and helpful. We stopped for a fundraiser they hosted (Mon. 5-8pm). We showed up 10 minutes early and it was quiet. At within minutes, the crowd showed up and they had a huge staff prepared to take it in. It still took time, but they had a good system. I love that they do fundraisers like this!

- Atmosphere: A standard Culver’s setup with tables and chairs as well as booths. It was a touch warmer with wood tones than others.

- Conclusion: Culver’s is one of my favorite burger chains and this one has always been my favorite (20 years and counting now)

“This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! The baristas are always working as quickly as they can, while customers stand around & glare at them… so I try to go out of my way to smile & thank the baristas! Thanks for being wonderful, lovely people, Baldwin & Main baristas!”

“Stopped in today May 6th with my friend for our free coffee for Nurses Week. Everyone working was so friendly and welcoming. They were genuinely happy to make us our coffees. Thank you! Also, Dunkin was the only restaurant in the Grandville area that followed through with honoring their “freebie for nurses”.”

“They got our dine-in order all wrong, but it tasted good, just the same. It was more like eating at a friend's house and not having any control over what is served, but the wife knows how to cook, so it does not matter.
Staff moving quickly to keep up with demand, so I saw no reason to rain on their parade.
Funny, though... Even the drive through had complainers about not getting what they ordered.

“Everything at Gin Gin’s is top notch; from the food to the service to the atmosphere. It is easily the best restaurant in GR! Downside is that it’s hard to get in. You have to get there at open if you don’t have a reservation and if you need a reservation I’d recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially on the weekends.”

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.”
