“TLDR: The Grandville Anna’s House is as good as any other I’ve been to. The food is always good, the servers are always kind, and the atmosphere is always noisy as heck with kiddos screaming ? but I’ll still always go back!We went for brunch today around 1pm. We ordered coffee, hot tropical green tea and a fresh squeezed (juiced) orange juice. The coffee was not exactly hot, but it was when it was topped up. My tea was perfect, and so was the orange juice- complete with the foamy goodness on top that you can only get from fresh juice- with a hint of the rind flavor …?I ordered the Southwest Eggs Benedict with American fries- it was everything I hoped it would be. It was a lot of food, and the vegetarian sausage tasted really good. I ended up boxing half of it and taking it home to eat tonight. He ordered a waffle with sides of turkey sausage and regular bacon. He poured syrup over his sausages, in case you’re wondering if they came like how they are shown in the picture- they do not ?. He ate his meal in its entirety and said it was good. The atmosphere is very diner-esque. It was very noisy because of the juice pressing (they have several types of fresh juices- see photos) but it always has been each time I’ve visited Anna’s house so I assume it’s meant to be that way.Overall, I’ll return, as it is always a good place for good tea and brunch, friendly service and consistent experiences.Vegetarian options: I had a veggie eggs Benedict (southwest) and it was very good. There are several vegan options as well.Dietary restrictions: They will take out whatever you can’t eat.Parking: There is usually enough parking in the free parking lot, but have noticed during busy hours that people will park in the roundabout or down the street.Kid-friendliness: If kids like waffles, pancakes or meat, this place should be good for them. There’s always some kids screaming in there whenever I’ve visited ?Wheelchair accessibility: Location is on the first floor, although I did not see a handicapped button to open does automatically.”
“Jersey Mike’s is delicious. Each sandwich artist has their own style but they’ve always been consistent at this location and are happy to customize your sub with fresh ingredients. They seem well staffed. Quick and courteous. Don’t sleep on their cookies and brownies. They’re so good!”
“It was a great experience. The workers were very friendly and made me laugh. My sister and I decided to try out the bubble tea here and it was delicious! Loved the mango+strawberry tea with tapioca boba. Yum! drink is on the left. lol I was thirsty!”
“Haven't been in a while but glad we came in. Service was beyond excellent, food came out fast. Was delicious. A couple of us noted that while the plate was very hot our entrees weren't as hot. Still warm and good though. I'm not really a salsa person but the kind they served with nachos was yummy.”
“Great experience and amazing dinner! Very fun atmosphere and the food along with the service was fantastic! Best birthday dinner ever!!Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere!”
“We had to wait 30 minutes for a server after being seated, but the manager walked by and noticed, and he quickly brought us out drinks & breadsticks. He apologized and even gave us a free dessert. It was crazy busy and he was flying around, but he continued to make sure we were taken care of, even after our server had brought us our meals. I was so impressed?? Beautiful building, and clean, fresh interior...Dietary restrictions: If I'm quite hungry, I order the Chicken Margherita, as I try to stay away from pasta... But mostly I get one of the soups with no dairy or pasta... The salad is so so delish too...”
“This place has been here for many years and is like a hidden jem. We sat in the bar area. There is a relaxed atmosphere here. The server, Christine, was quick and friendly. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan and I had the Ravioli. Our food was delicious. The portions were nice. Just a note though, the sauce is a little sweet but very good. The prices are reasonable and no extra "fees". We will definitely be back. We want to try the pizza next and maybe a piece of cheesecake!!”
“Stopped into OTB tonight for a drink and appetizer. Sat at the bar and the service was fantastic. Our bartender David was Spot On with our drinks, food and overall service!”

“Not a bad place to eat they are in need of upgrading to more modern. But besides that the staff is amazing. The service is fast, usually in and out, 1 hour. Quick bit to eat and then move on.Parking: Wide open lot”
“We were a lively party of eighteen, on a Thursday evening, April 18th, '24.Our server Rosie S. was unrivaled in her duties as server; her poise, professionalism and personality were stellar. And assisting her were several spot on food runners. Kudos to each and everyone. Also, a special shout out to Alecia, the barmaid, who did the pours before we joined the gathering. And though their name now escapes us, the two hostesses were standouts, as well.On behalf of Primetimers GR, we thank you immensely for contributing to our outing's success.Dietary restrictions: Even the most persnickety diners would have no qualms here.Parking: If there's an over flow, park at Meijer nearby”
“Sweet and caring employees who are experienced and know what they’re doing. Every time I go up to get a smoothie, everyone is in a good mood and it makes a difference to me. I have been going there for years and it’s a must-have for every mall trip. 5/5 Must try!”
“A company full of a so much passion. Everyone who works here are the most pleasant and nicest people, and the beans are always so amazing.I love supporting this Roaster, they are involved in the community, and spread love everywhere they go. Love nerding out about coffee with the people here?”

It was busy, so acceptable. Cici was my server. FriendlyChips n salsa came shortly afterwards. The salsa is actually pretty good.My food finally came. Lots of salt in rice and beans, but they were good. I got the fajitas chimichanga.
