“The staff at this location are top notch. The first time I ordered take out from this location, my order took >30min. Without saying anything, they refunded my entire order. This food was very good, and I was so impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. The second time I ordered take out, there was a large order ahead of mine so it took longer than expected. The staff frequently checked in with me during my wait, despite being extremely busy, and they ended up offering me a drink while I waited. I will continue to recommend CoreLife grandville to all of my family and friends. I could not be more impressed with this store as a whole!“

“Absolutely LOVE potbelly!! I think they are one the best sub fast food options. I usually go for the Italian and it always is so good. Sometimes I get the wreck which I believe is their most popular sandwich and that one is pretty tasty too! I've recently been getting their Mac and cheese as a side and this was a pleasant surprise!! I like that it's more white cheddar than an orange cheese. Super creamy! This location in particular has kind of a crazy parking lot if you are going at peak hours like lunch or dinner but there will always be a spot available. The employees are always super friendly as well! For reference, when you walk in the line starts at the furthest end away from the door and you work your way down towards the cash register.“
