“I come to this Chick-fil-A at least once a week, and every single visit is fast, friendly, and consistently great. The food is always excellent, and the team does a fantastic job.

Today, though, I had an experience that truly stood out. I encountered one of the friendliest, most positive employees I've ever come across at any fast-food restaurant, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized.

Trevon took what would have been a normal mobile drive-thru pickup and turned it into an extraordinary customer experience. His smile was genuine, his attitude was contagious, and he made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I pulled up. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Trevon went above and beyond without even trying—he was simply being himself.

Chick-fil-A is incredibly lucky to have an employee like Trevon. He's the kind of person who makes customers want to come back again and again. His positive attitude reflects so well on the entire restaurant.

“I enjoy the food but why did every single MD I've been to have a heavy looking cabinet mounted directly above the toilet?

Seems like a dangerous placement, if anything were to happen, the cabinet would fall down directly onto the unsuspecting customer and likely kill them“

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.“

The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan.Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple.No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us.(Seasonally, there is a delicious ice cream shop next door with tables outside (Frosty Treat; another delicious community staple).)“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“I go here all the time so I'm totally biased! Love the food and the service at this location has always been consistently better than their Fulton location. My one and only complaint is the inconsistency in how the food is prepared. Some days the meat is super spicy and other days it tastes bland. But I always come back so it's never terrible.

“I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“

“Food is Great, Prices are way too high, service is good, associates are friendly. This location is quite large. When I was there it wasn't very busy there was a LOT of staff there and the dining room was dirty. I had to go get a towel and spray to wash and wipe down the table and chairs so we could eat but I noticed 3 women in full view chatting it up laughing for quite some time. About 10 minutes later an older woman came out and was cleaning things up and the other women still seemed to be getting paid to talk each other. I have worked management most of my life so these things are upsetting to me. With the size of the location you really need to utilize slower times to get the dining area cleaned up, stocked, etc. The worst thing to do is overcharge a customer, allow them to do your job and stand in view while doing NOTHING.“
