“Fatzo's rocks ! Great pizza and their Mexican items are great too !“

“We had a great meal and service yesterday at the toasted pickle! Thank you“

“best tortas i have ever had!!!!! server was top notch. atmosphere was great. could not recommend a better place. Definitely 5 stars“

“It is always a joy to visit Boardwalk subs on plainfield ave in Grand Rapids, MI the staff on duty especially: Tammy, Matt, Marissa, and Natashia all know us by name and what kind of sub we like. They are so friendly and happy to see us each time we visit. They work so well as a team each helping each other out. The subs are extraordinary good, only one of the reasons we keep going back. I will continue going to boardwalk subs always.“

“The service was great. The food was even better. Our waitress was very kind and personable. The manager came out when we had questions about gluten free options. Even with Homecoming kids coming in, we didn't encounter anyone being angry.“

“This review is long overdue, but better late than never ....
Awhile back I ordered online and my food was delivered through a 3rd party company .... They delivered it to the wrong house! BUT, BUT, BUT that was NOT Pita Way's fault. The owner of Pita Way reached out to me quickly after the failed delivery and made it beyond right. I was SO impressed with the quality of service. I tell everyone what an example of customer service the owner displayed. Plus, their food is delicious!“

“Every time I’ve been here the experience was amazing. They opened their doors to our church for a fellowship brunch and Kenny did an awesome job! The pizza taste so good, especially the Pickle pizza. Definitely recommend trying it out.“

“best pizza in Grand Rapids hands down!“

“Ordered a French dip for window pickup. I arrived 5 minutes before my pickup time and it only took a minute to receive my order. The sandwich was packed with roast beef and the aujus were delicious and the bun was fresh. My only complaint is I couldn't eat it all. LOL“

“Ate here for the very first time yesterday. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had since becoming a party of 3! From the complimentary treats provided to turn frowns upside down after my son hurt himself to the refusal to allow me to clean up after the mess we made... “oh no ma’am, that’s my job you don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it”. I have never felt more welcomed in a restaurant! Thank you to the staff on yesterday for not only making me feel welcomed but for making me feel as though you valued me and my children in your establishment. YES we will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Friendly atomsphere good food“

“Best sandwich shop in town. Beats jersey Mike's subway etc. Love em. Their hot peppers are to die for. However allow people to order 50$ worth of food through the drive through making everyone wait for them is completely bs. Other fast food will make them pull up or place and online order! Should have a maximum on drive through!“

“I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“

“best customer service the elderly lady at the counter with all the pins was really sweet and friendly. and the busser suggested a great flavored coffee“
