“What a wonderful experience at this location! I’ve never been to a Ruby Tuesday’s before, but I can confidently say I’ll be back again thanks to the lovely service from Bri and Isaiah! The food came out great, and with how busy it was, it didn’t take long at all. The drinks were also on point. I got the Ruby Relaxer from the bartender Isaiah, and was given excellent service. I will 100% be back, thank you guys for the best service I’ve had in a long time!“

“Our Mancinos in Cadillac went to hell a few years ago and then finally closed down. So we stopped on our way through Big Rapids for some club grinders. Aside from me asking if the one he was handing me was the one with extra mayo and it was not, everything else was amazing! Quality and freshness was on point! We will be back!“

“Contrary to what my 5 star rating might insinuate, I had a horrible experience here. My sandwich wasn't very good and the ladies tried to poison me by telling me that their turkey was chicken. It wasn't. It was turkey and I know it, Kylie. You can't trick me so easily and I wish you didn't give me turkey as I'm allergic and that's bad. Thanks a lot erbert, and a special up yours to Gerber. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy... actually I would because my worst enemy is the RUDE lady who lied to me about the "turkey". Thanks for ruining my life.“

“They were busy both inside and out. Now I know grub hub and Google go or Amazon travel.. whatever they are there for same reason but don't bump my order for it.. the food was !!amazing!! As always. The service however, could have been more serviced...if the food wasn't amazing your shop would be in bad shape.“
