“had a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday! Manager Bri is absolutely amazing. She works right alongside her servers and never hesitates to jump in and help wherever needed. Her leadership and dedication truly show in the way the restaurant is run.
Isaiah, the bartender, was also outstanding. He was friendly, kind, genuine, and made everyone feel welcome. The level of customer service from both Bri and Isaiah made our visit enjoyable from start to finish.

“They were busy both inside and out. Now I know grub hub and Google go or Amazon travel.. whatever they are there for same reason but don't bump my order for it.. the food was !!amazing!! As always. The service however, could have been more serviced...if the food wasn't amazing your shop would be in bad shape.“

“Contrary to what my 5 star rating might insinuate, I had a horrible experience here. My sandwich wasn't very good and the ladies tried to poison me by telling me that their turkey was chicken. It wasn't. It was turkey and I know it, Kylie. You can't trick me so easily and I wish you didn't give me turkey as I'm allergic and that's bad. Thanks a lot erbert, and a special up yours to Gerber. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy... actually I would because my worst enemy is the RUDE lady who lied to me about the "turkey". Thanks for ruining my life.“

“Our Mancinos in Cadillac went to hell a few years ago and then finally closed down. So we stopped on our way through Big Rapids for some club grinders. Aside from me asking if the one he was handing me was the one with extra mayo and it was not, everything else was amazing! Quality and freshness was on point! We will be back!“
