This is the second time trying the chai tea latte. (I forgot that I didn't like it the last time a few years ago, lol). I didn't care for it this time either. It has, for me, a strange pine taste. Only from Panera...it's usually fine from other chain places.Food: 3/5
Stopped here for lunch. It was mid week. Many people. Easy to find a seat. We were a larger crowd but food did came out quickly. Like all Panera. You order your food at the counter and wait for them to call you. In the mean time get your drink and find a seat. They had a very bubbly staff member.she was pleasant and.helpful.Food: 5/5

Unlimited sip club is amazing! Welcoming atmosphere. Staff are always pleasant. Recommend to bring an extra layer if it's cold outside and you plan to stay for awhile. With the doors opening/closing during the winter, the temperature fluctuates.
