BIGGBY COFFEE offers a great menu choice with delicious drinks. The staff is super friendly and helpful, providing a welcoming atmosphere and helpful recommendations, like trying the popular avalanche cold brew. While some items like bragels might be hit or miss during busy times, the drinks are consistently good. The owners hire young adults and Ferris students, who provide friendly and quick service. Customers can expect to be greeted with a smile and find several milk options and some sugar-free flavors to accommodate dietary restrictions. Kids of all ages are welcome.
