“This is legitimate a wonderful establishment. Don't let the slightly outdated decore and storefront deter you, this place hits all the marks for a weekend hangout spot or family friendly snack destination. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very polite, the offerings are diverse, so you'll have no problem finding something you'll like, the service is very fast and to top it all off, everything is very clean and maintained. Only gripe is they don't have particularly good seating, but it's a small price to pay for the overwhelmingly strong offering this place has. Definitely a spot to hit if you're driving through and want a sweet treat or novel drink!“
“It was okay. Staff was great! Super friendly and helpful but they were super busy making bragels. My drinks came out super fast and they were perfect but my bragel was stale and the egg on it was super questionable. Definitely still a great location but don't get a bragel during a busy time“
“Even though I'm not a coffee drinker I thought I would check this place out while I was in town.So many options on the menu besides coffee they had smoothies and smoothie energy drinks also some food items too, wraps and bagels but I was ecstatic when I saw that they had Green Tea Mocha!!They gave me a choice of blended, powder or iced. I got Iced. It was awesome and a perfect blend. I do recommend this quick stop if you're in Big RapidsAlso after ordering you do get to hear them say, "If you all finished ordering you can "scoot" ahead"!?Vegetarian options: Green Tea Mocha“
“Love Starbucks. But I wish they’d have their own shop and not be on a college campus. Or at least have another shop in this town. Having their hours based off of school holidays is annoying. We can’t use our points here. Driving to GR just to use our rewards is so crazy to me. Starbucks is so good it needs their own shop in this town.“
“Rating this place 4 stars because of the food being pretty good. However, you will have to wait for your food, especially during peak eating times. If you are willing to wait, though, the food is pretty good when they finally get it to you. The staff working there is pretty friendly too.“
“I don’t come to Starbucks often. Today I was super tired and needed a boost of caffeine. I totally forgot to say I needed Soy milk or Almond due to Lactose intolerance. I went back up to the counter to see what milk they used and said it shouldn’t be a big deal since it was my own fault. Hannah went out of her way to say it was okay and she wanted to remake it for me. What a sweet girl! Definitely like this store. “I just wanted to write a review because I’m just an everyday customer usually just grabbing a coffee before work. However, I was really having a rough morning and everytime I come through the window Kelly is so incredibly upbeat and friendly and just really has the power to turn someone’s day around. “This is not a "traditional" Starbucks location (run instead by Family Fare staff), and it doesn't have a drive through, but otherwise a very convenient location and very friendly place to grab a beverage on the go, or while you're shopping in the store.“
“Nice place to go for coffee in the morning with a large seating area with many tables and lots of sunlight. They also have couches and chairs. Sometimes I go just to leave the house behind and be able to focus solely on my paperwork. Way better than a library. Downtown Alma is a block away and offers dining and small local shops with clothing, accessories, records, arts, bookstore, barbershop, gas stations and more. Alma College campus is also a block away and a nice safe place to walk if you need a break. Is on the corner and faces a street and has outdoor seating. “Come here about 2 times a week. Everyone they hire (as far as I'm concerned) is polite and has great memory. Simply order your drink and/or food and go sit down... they bring it right to you-as long as it's not crazy busy. Coffee, lotus drinks, and food are all great. Nice place to come when you need some different scenery to work in. Prices for drinks average at $6.50 and is totally worth it when you think about the taste, atmosphere, and customer service. Glad I found this place. Will definitely continue to be a regular until I move out of Big Rapids.“
