Used to love coming here but not so much lately. Staff is friendly, but the drinks are inconsistent. Ive also had issues with the incorrect number being linked to my biggby account and support will not respond to help. Which is crazy considering someone else's number is on my account, so they dont care about compromised information. Id recommend scooters in town. Update 03/19/2024..... It gets better every time I come in here. To be remembered means the world especially when you live away from your hometown and miss the personal touch. Also they remember my Pup Cup for my fur baby even when I forget 🤣

I love that the owners hire the young adults and Ferris students. They're sweet kids.

Drinks are always good. Food is always good. Yes, sometimes there is a wait. It is a very popular coffee shop in the heart of Big Rapids. Be patient. It's worth the wait. ☺️
