Awesome people! Ordered in the wrong location accidentally, and they called and made sure I got my lunch. Super appreciated!!!!Also, side note- They are one of the few places I can order for delivery and pay with cash upon delivery

I dont know what happened. They were doing so well, I get a pizza at least every other week from the BR domino's, in the past if they messed up my order they would make it right. In the last 2 months after being a regular customer for 2 years. They dont care if you get what you ordered, wont offer to fix it, and the mistakes are happining with every other order now. Amazing! They are always speedy quick with delivery. My family has ordered from here more times than I'd like to admit... My personal favorite is the handmade pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. (I do have to comment that I recently moved and have been ordering from another dominos location. When ordering this exact item, I received three times the amount of cheese than the Big Rapids location ever provided.
