Never had issue before. Tonight ordered special pizza and got something totally different. Tried to file complaint and it would not go through. Don't want free pizza. Don't want pizza coupon. Want to know why couldn't follow simple ingredients and make correct pizza. I live 30 minutes from store so not like I can just go back and see who got my order.
Apparently all you need to do is watch for a delivery driver and snatch the food. This store blames customers for using contact-less delivery. Even if you have systems in place to prevent it like motion sensors. The brain dead manager named Brian will believe whatever their drivers say. Do NOT trust this store.
