Not impressed the last few years since Alex is no longer the manager. I went to get a pickup item from the drive through this evening and waited 10 minutes, knocked on the window and honked once with no one acknowledging me. Finally decided to go in for the pickup, it wasn't busy, and the guy at the counter went to the person who was behind me in the drive through before helping me.
